Does your facility have cameras?

We sure do have cameras that monitor our facility 24 hours per day! Furthermore, one section of our facility is fenced and gated for added protection.

How can I assure that my belongings won’t be damaged while they’re in storage?

Rent a temperature controlled unit! These units keep your items at a constant temperature, which assures that they don’t warp, break down, melt, or fade.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Saturday - 9:00am to 2:00pm. Sundays and holidays we are closed. These hours may change based on availability. We do not have an on-site office. Please call today to schedule your appointment.

When can I access my unit?

You can access your storage unit between 6:00 am and 9:30 pm, any day of the week.

Do I have to commit to a certain length of time on the lease agreement?

You may rent for as short or as long as your needs are. You will be required to sign a month-to-month lease.

 Do I need insurance?

It is highly recommended that you attain insurance to protect your personal belongings. We suggest you contact a licensed insurance broker or agent.

Can I transfer to a different size as my needs change?

Yes, you can transfer to a different size. Adjustments will be made to your billing if necessary.

 Do you provide outdoor storage for boats and RVs?

No, we do not provide any outdoor storage. However, we do have unit sizes available to accommodate trailers, RVs, and certain vehicles.

Do you prorate the rent?

We do not prorate the rent. Our billing cycle is anniversary date. The rent is not prorated when moving out. 

What are your payment methods?

We accept payments via Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit cards, cash, personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks. We accept payments via the dropbox on site or over the phone. You can also mail your payment to "O" Road Storage, P.O. Box 852, Festus, MO 63028.

Will I receive a monthly statement?

We do send monthly statements or invoices per a customer's request. Late notices will be mailed.

Does it matter what type of lock I use?

We require using a disc lock. We sell disc locks; however you do not have to purchase from us.

 Are there any items that cannot be stored?

The storage space shall be used for no unlawful purposes. No property shall be stored unless the occupant legally has the right to the property. Details are outlined in the rental agreement.

Can I make a reservation for a unit?

Our units are first come first serve basis. Please feel free to make your reservation on-line or calling us and we can reserve you a unit.

What is drive up access?

Drive up access is a great feature that allows you to drive your vehicle right up to the door of your unit. It makes loading and unloading your things much easier!

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government issued photo ID (e.g: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
